Growing up in Texas in an artistic family, Christopher enjoyed using his hands to create different forms of art since he was a kid. He graduated from Baylor University where he studied Film and Digital Media with a minor in Business Administration. Shortly after, he moved to Nashville, Tennessee where he started the woodworking business. He enjoyed the challenge of creating with reclaimed wood as it represented an opportunity to give beauty to a piece of wood that would otherwise go unused. The love of Nashville and the state of Tennessee was also often incorporated into his work.
After 3 years of full-time woodworking and 3 more years part-time, Christopher decided he needed a break from the woodworking. He currently lives in New York City and works as a flight attendant. While he no longer has access to a workshop to create his wood art, he still enjoys drawing and designing minimalist movie posters and custom prints during his free time. He also sews his own clothing from secondhand fabrics, which maybe you will see for sale in the future!
